//Side note : Yuki fixed the broken Portal earlier in the Story, because Ghirahim forced her to. He thought that he could travel back in time with it and change the final events of Skyward sword, but it didn´t work. Instead, the Portal led to the future, where Yuki met Vaati, after Ghirahim had thrown her in it, because the whole Portal thing was a failure. The Portal now leads to the time where Minish cap is set, to the Portal inside of Hyrule castle. Since Minish Cap is the cronological second game after Skyward sword in the timeline... I think that´s kinda okay Hope I don´t confuse you much with my headcanon Anyways, Yuki fell in love with Vaati and came back to the past with him. But since he has some business to do in the future, he only visits once a week.
